Pool Cleaning
We feel that Sunrise Pool Services Inc. has the best trained and supervised pool service department in the Atlanta, Georgia area. All of our service technicians are hired as full-time employees (not-sub contractors) and are trained by our service managers. Before entering the field, they must pass a series of tests. All of our service technicians report to the office every morning. The route from the previous day is checked over before receiving the current day's route from the department supervisor. We are one of the few service companies that have technicians report to the office on a daily basis and have a supervisor to oversee the route and have backup support for the technicians. Our technicians leave a door hanger which states what work has been performed, what chemicals have been added and what work may be needed.CLEANING SERVICES
Sunrise offers a number of service options for your pool and/or spa. The options are weekly, every other week and monthly. Each regular service visit includes the following:
- Blowing off the pool deck
- Vacuuming the pool
- Cleaning tiles
- Brushing pool surfaces
- Skimming the water surface
- Emptying the skimmer and pump baskets
- Checking the system
- Balancing the water chemistry
- Backwashing filter
- Cleaning cartridges
- Clean and check automatic pool cleaners
WEEKLY SERVICE AND BI-WEEKLY (EVERY OTHER WEEK) SERVICE
Minimal maintenance is required by the homeowner, such as emptying the skimmer basket and checking chemicals, during the week not scheduled for service.
MONTHLY SERVICE
Monthly service is available to help facilitate the customer who is maintaining their own pool. Services are billed at an hourly rate. This service is recommended for winter months only due to amount of work needed to keep pool well maintained.
CHEMICALS
Chemicals are not included in service prices. Sunrise allows our customers the following options:
- Use our chemicals priced per application
- Provide customer with bulk chemicals at a reduced price
- Use chemicals provided by customer
- Use a combination of customer's chemicals and ours
